(the “Privacy Policy”) sets out the rules regarding the processing of personal data and the collection, processing and use of information about Users.

How we process your data
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2018 (hereinafter: the GDPR), we inform you that the controller of the personal data provided by the User is:

The Controller processes the User’s personal data for the following purposes:
a) to establish contact with the User by e-mail or phone after receiving an e-mail or phone message. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. the controller’s legitimate interest.
b) to conclude and perform a contract for the provision of services. The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. Where data are collected for purposes related to the performance of a specific contract, the Controller provides the data subject with detailed information regarding the processing of their personal data at the time of concluding the contract or at the time of obtaining the personal data;
c) to apply financial security measures to its Clients as referred to in Articles 33 and 34 of the Act of 1 March 2018 on counteracting money laundering and terrorist financing (hereinafter: the AML Act), in particular, but not limited to: - to identify the client and verify their identity, - to identify the beneficial owner, - to assess business relations and, as appropriate, obtain information about their purpose and intended nature; - to continuously monitor the client’s business relations; - to make notifications and reports to the relevant authorities.
The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with the AML Act.
d) to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on the controller, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (in conjunction with the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994 and the Tax Ordinance Act of 29 August 1997);
e) to send commercial information (property offers) to the indicated e-mail address or phone number, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. If you consent to receiving commercial information by phone or e-mail, the legal basis will also be Article 398(1) of the Act of 12 July 2024 – Electronic Communications Law;
f) to establish contact regarding cooperation related to the offered property, which constitutes the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
g) to arrange and conduct a property viewing – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (activities aimed at concluding a contract);
h) to pursue the controller’s legitimate interest consisting in pursuing claims and defending against claims, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
i) to use necessary cookies for the proper functioning of the website, which constitutes the controller’s legitimate interest, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
j) to analyse traffic on www.properco.pl
using Google Analytics, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e. the User’s consent;
k) to manage cookie consents, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e. the User’s consent.
Your rights

What data are processed?
The fanpage is used to present PROPERCO’s activities for informational and promotional purposes and to contact the company. When you browse the profile, Facebook automatically collects information about your visit. Through the administrator panel made available to us, we can see statistical information about visits to the company Fanpage, e.g. the age of visitors, their reactions, activity. This is intended to help the Fanpage administrator tailor content to Fanpage users’ preferences and also to check the effectiveness of displayed advertisements. Whether you see an advertisement of the company is decided by Facebook; we see statistical information about reactions to the advertisement, as well as reactions and comments under advertisements.
We can see your comments and reactions; as a Facebook user (Fanpage administrator) we have the ability to view your public profile and also contact you via Facebook Messenger.
How is data used?
Data collected during correspondence will be used only to respond to an inquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you decide to use the services, the data will be processed in connection with the performance of the service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We use statistical data to create new advertisements and to select displayed content. All decisions are made in a non-automated manner.
