Information Clause – GDPR

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (...), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, I inform you that:

The controller of your personal data is:

hereinafter referred to as the Agency.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

  • performing agency agreements, including:
    • presenting property sale/rental offers,
    • contacting potential clients,
    • sharing data with cooperating entities (notary, credit advisor, developer),
    • handling complaints,
    • transferring the draft preliminary agreement / lease agreement to the other party to the transaction,

  • fulfilling our legitimate interests, such as accounting and pursuing claims.

Data retention period:
Your personal data resulting from the agency agreement will be processed for the period during which claims related to that agreement may arise, i.e., up to 10 years from the expiry of the agreement indicated above.
Providing consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary.

Right to lodge a complaint:
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Data recipients:
Your personal data may be accessed by our employees and associates, as well as companies we work with on a regular basis (e.g., accounting, IT, hosting, software providers, legal services). All data is shared lawfully, based on appropriate data processing agreements ensuring secure processing.
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.
Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.

You have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data:

  • if processing was based on consent – the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a statement to our postal address or the e-mail address provided above;

  • the right to object to the processing of your data due to your specific situation – where we process data based on our legitimate interest;

  • the right to access your personal data, request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability (we will carry this out if technically feasible).
    Providing your personal data is a condition for concluding the agency agreement. Failure to provide the data will result in the inability to conclude the agreement.


GDPR Information Clause – for individuals providing security for an occasional lease agreement

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) and Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we inform you that:

  1. Data Controller

  2. Purpose and legal basis of processing
    Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • to fulfill legal obligations, particularly to secure the occasional lease agreement concluded between the tenant and the landlord – based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (legal obligation),

  • to pursue the controller’s legitimate interests – particularly in connection with real estate brokerage and support in the contract conclusion process (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  1. Data recipients
    Your data may be shared with:

  • the tenant and landlord – only to the extent necessary to conclude and secure the lease agreement,

  • a notary office – for the purpose of preparing a statement on voluntary submission to enforcement,

  • entities supporting the controller’s activities (e.g., legal, IT, accounting services) – based on appropriate data processing agreements.

  1. Data retention period
    Your data will be processed for the time necessary to achieve the purposes specified above and subsequently for the period required by law or until claims become time-barred.

  2. Your rights
    You have the right to:

  • access your data,

  • rectify the data,

  • restrict processing,

  • erase the data (if there are no grounds for further processing),

  • object to data processing,

  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

  1. Voluntary data provision
    Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent the effective securing of the occasional lease agreement.
